A brief of world stock on Wednesday(9:30 AM - 29/10/2015)

US Federal Reserve System (Fed) decided to keep interest rates near 0 today after policy meeting ending on Wednesday (28/10). Statement by the Fed led Wall Street had a volatile trading session. However, towards the end of the session, Wall Street regained momentum and closed at its highest level during the day while in its statement, the Fed believes the US economy on the ability to maintain good growth momentum.
