Minutes of the meeting on 16 and 17/9 of the Federal Reserve published showing the depth of the Fed cautious about the US economy even before the disappointing data on employment and the balance of trade was announced. Also, Fed officials also tense debate about the possibility of slowing growth of the Chinese economy will impact the US economy.
