US stocks rallied, with the S & P 500 closed at its highest level in more than 2 weeks. Before the Fed ended an important meeting should raise interest rates or not, the report published yesterday showed retail sales showing moderate consumption. Ended yesterday (15/9), S & P 500 rose 1.3%, to 1978.09 points, the highest since the day 28/8. Dow Jones added 1.4%, to 16599.85 points, while the Nasdaq rose 1.1%. About 5.9 billion shares were traded during the session, less than 18% compared with an average of 3 months.
